Title: Channels Development Sales Mgr. UK & Ireland (Fixed Term)

Summary:
As a critical role for Hershey Europe development this position will have a dual responsibility:
1.- Sales: Achieving profitable and sustainable growth in DigiCom creating the strategy, executing the business plans and managing the relationship with Key Retailers
2.- Trade Marketing: Develop a Shopper Centric POS/Omnichannel activation strategy that will enable a profitable and sustainable growth in Key Channels for UK & Ireland.
Summary of major duties:
Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth through creating and executing business plans for all existing omni and digital commerce customers. Accountable for maximizing customer and category performance whilst delivering efficient trade revenue optimization with full P&L responsibility.
- Lead the execution of business plans including management of the HSY DigiCom P&L.
- Lead a crossfunctional team supporting the DigiCom strategy including portfolio, PDP´s, Content Optimization, category taxonomy, etc.
- Manage relationship with Omni & Pure Players.
- Partner with B&M Key Account Managers to maximize sales and profitability across a seamless omnichannel path to purchase.
Develop a seamless omnichannel shopping experience that enhace our shopper conversion rates through all UK Marketplace.
- Path to purchase assesment and Shopper Drivers by Channel.
- In store merchandising and communication strategy.
- Go to Market Strategy for key segments/brands and innovation.
Participate in the Annual, quarterly and monthly planning process for each channel and Key Retailer including Brick and Mortar, Pure Players and Omnichannel.
- IBM Process.- Input provider in the sales planning meetings, short and long term R&Os focused on ICS and Epos targets.
- Promotional Strategy by Channel supporting sales and distribution targets.
Lead and main point of contact for commercial cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Commercial Finance) to achieve the commercial KPIs by Channel (NS, GM/GP, ICS, Epos and Distribution).
Commercial budget management (DME-TP) by channel, maximizing resources to deliver both the Top and Bottom line KPI´s.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

Education:
He or she must know and understand current trade trends, market conditions and sales enablers through continued education and training. Bachelor Degree is a must.
Experience:
- FMCG Sales experience that includes selling, negotiating and leveraging insights to deliver tailored customer plans, achieving company and customer objectives and advancing category leadership. Experience managing Tesco, Amazon & Ocado is a plus
- Proven ability to penetrate customers’ organizations, both horizontally and vertically, driving influence.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of Digital businesses, Digital content, and broader Digital eCommerce landscape
