Accountabilities
1. Execute Day to Day Client Relationship Activities This responsibility carries out planned engagement actions such as scheduled check ins, follow up communications, and service confirmations across assigned accounts. It follows defined approaches and captures key information in required systems. This consistent execution supports relationship stability and visibility for the broader account team.
2. Contribute to Account Planning and Opportunity Sizing This responsibility gathers data, client feedback, and performance trends needed for account plans and reviews. It highlights patterns, potential risks, and possible opportunities to more senior SMEs and leaders. This input helps shape more effective account strategies and action plans.
3. Resolve Moderately Complex Client Issues Using Established Practices This responsibility handles client issues that require analysis of multiple factors, such as recurring service problems or questions involving several internal teams. It applies policies, best practices, and historical precedent to determine appropriate responses. This maintains client satisfaction while minimizing the need for escalation.
4. Prepare Client Facing Materials and Standard Proposals This responsibility drafts client facing materials, such as standard proposals and presentations, based on templates and guidance from senior SMEs. It ensures information is accurate, complete, and tailored to the client context within defined parameters. This supports clear communication and effective sales or service discussions.
5. Coordinate Operational Requirements with Distributors and Partners This responsibility coordinates defined operational details with distributors and other partners for assigned accounts, such as timing, documentation, or standard service requirements. It tracks completion of requested actions and documents outcomes. This supports smooth execution across the extended value chain without owning partner relationships.
