Trade Promotions Management and Planning Associate

Summary:

 

The TPM Associate will:

  1. Support US TPM with day-to-day operational requirements and engagements with US Sales
  2. Co-lead projects and optimization initiatives of both HBP and TPM

 

 

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

 

TPM / Customer Planning Support / Customer Forms Support (90%)

  • Support TPM/Customer Planning /Customer Forms request execution, to include customer planning requests, sales team requests related to customer forms management, PlanEx, execution to delivery
  • Help manage issues that will be sent by the Sales Team by identifying which issues/requests can be resolved/completed by the team and which issues/requests needs escalation/endorsement
  • Achieve Service Level Agreement and lead Metrics Reporting for Sales Planning Support

 

Project Management/ Continuous Improvement/ Others (10%)

  • Identify and execute Continuous Improvement opportunities for both US TPM and HBP Manila’s operations
  • Seek and lead new opportunities to expand the Sales Services’ TPM/Sales Planning Capabilities.  Prepare Business Case for new intake and utilize Project Management Tools.

     

 

 

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:  

•    Knowledgeable in Sales Planning/Forecasting, Trade Promotions, Billings, and Planograms
•    Technical Ability: SAP TPM (PlanEx), High Radius (for Reset Deductions only), and JDA software
•    Proficient in Excel.  Ability to quickly learn and assess viability of other analytic tools.
•    Prioritization:  must be able to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting or ambiguous priorities, extended work schedules, and short time constraints.
•    Detail-oriented and analytical thinker
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably Business or IT


Experience:

  • Open to fresh graduates (preferably with exposure to multiple functions during internship)
  • Must have proficiency in MS Excel or ability to quickly learn and assess viability of other analytic tools.
  • Someone with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Soft Skills: resourcefulness, excellent communicator (clear communication in submitting requirements)
  • Preferably prior hands-on experience in SAP TPM and/or High Radius
  • Preferably prior experience in positions requiring strong analytical acumen preferred
  • Preferably prior experience working in multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Strategy, etc.)
  • Preferably prior experience working with external customers (retailers)
