Position Summary
The position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in the comprehensive management of the Reese’s Brand Portfolio to achieve growth targets. Responsibilities include assisting with: brand building initiatives including promotions and/or advertising, monthly business reviews, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, monitoring brand sales, profitability and expenditures (budget management), participating with cross functional teams to develop and commercialize successful new product innovation & day to day management of team priorities and ad hoc requests.
What will you do?

Leading cross-functional teams on commercialization projects, ownership of critical path, team accountability, Gate process, proactively flags risk with solution-focused mindset

Supports MM in development of Strategy 3-5 year

Supports MM in consumer, shopper, category insights in collaboration with insights team -proactively driving these insights into actions to drive the business

Collaborates with Sales Strategy & Shopper marketing on G2M launch of program, including providing IMC plan, product spec, images, samples and other marketing inputs to support sell-in story

Supports Field Sales in the development and execution of retail programs (coupons, focus sell, etc.)

DME budget management, budget planning for upcoming years & in-year mgmt.

Supports MM in graphic development, briefing agencies and approval process

Close collaboration with OMNI team on holistic communication strategy & asset planning

Coordinate effectively with agency partners and internal teams

Experience with P&Ls/Cost accounting

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Marketing / Brand Management experience strongly preferred
Qualifications
-
Post secondary education – Business degree or equivalent experience with a marketing or related major preferred

A minimum of 1 year of progressive brand management experience, preferably in Packaged Goods industry or similarly disciplined industry
