Job Description:
As a critical member of the Hershey Canada sales team, the CSE will be responsible to profitably grow Hershey Canada’s business with our Ontario Wholesale customers/Independent regional accounts, and as part of the Convenience Channel team to achieve the assigned objective/plan, including gross sales, net sales, market share and profit contribution.
You will…
- Work cross functionally to develop and deliver high impact sales presentations to key wholesalers and customers within their portfolio
- Possess the ability to assess data, identify opportunities and translate into impactful selling proposals
- Develop sales forecasts, set targets and develop annual growth plans
- Manage customer non-seasonal / seasonal promotional and merchandising strategies
- Coordinate with marketing teams and cross functional partners to ensure new business opportunities are aligned with Hershey brand strategies
- Focus on achieving appropriate permanent distribution, identification and placement of display opportunities as well as executing a comprehensive promotional calendar
Skills, Knowledge and Education Requirements:

- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Strong sales presentation skills; effective written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working with Microsoft office software (PowerPoint and Excel, mandatory)
- Knowledge of AC Nielsen would be helpful
- Knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ year’s progressive sales experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods or related capacity
