Position Title: MIS Executive
Summary:
The position will be based out of Hershey HO Mumbai, Detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our sales team with data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance measurement. He will play a critical role in helping leadership make informed decisions by analyzing trends, creating reports, and identifying growth opportunities.
Summary of major duties:
• Maintained and published MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in line with business needs, ensuring timely sharing with relevant stakeholders.
• Developed and managed Primary–Secondary Sales Dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales and leadership teams.
• Conducted brand and SKU-level performance analysis, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams in understanding brand-wise performance and market impact.
• Managed sales team performance moderation, tracking individual progress against territory goals to support manpower optimization and performance evaluations.
• Monitored and reported key business KPIs such as Effective Coverage, LPC (Lines per Call), Productivity, and Call Compliance, enabling targeted improvements across sales teams.
• Formulated annual sales target plans across multiple channels and brands, aligning targets with overall business goals.
• Monthly Building blocks : brand distribution/PDO by channel/region to arrive at growth drivers also track the same on monthly basis
• Plan/ Strat Plan/Target building blocks at brand level.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Graduate
Experience:
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Table, Power BI).
• FMCG Sales, Sales Development and head office background is preferred.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
• Must have an experience of minimum 2-5 years
