Executive Customer Sales WM
The CSE is responsible for achieving the sales volume and distribution objectives for the assigned accounts. He/she negotiates with key retail accounts centrally the annual Sales and Promotional Monthly Plan that will be executed in the account’s nationwide retail outlets to deliver the objectives. Is responsible for managing an annual promotional budget use to negotiate new item listings, special consumer deals, secondary locations, features and/or in-store activities that will drive the overall growth and strategy in the account. The CSE will communicate the negotiated programs to the field and is responsible for their flawless execution at store level with the TL. He /she will address execution issues, customer inquiries, analyze sales reports, trends, promotional performance and financials to make required adjustments or capitalize the opportunities at hand. The CSE is responsible for Seasonal negotiations and new item distribution listings in the accounts.
Summary of major duties:
- Develop, present, negotiate and guide the execution of the annual sales and promotional plan that meets the company’s sales and distribution targets in the assigned accounts. Spends time in the field monitoring the execution of the programs, making adjustments as necessary to deliver results.
- Develop key decision makers resulting in the joint development and customer support of the annual negotiation’s monthly promotional program. Conducts annual and quarterly business reviews with the assigned accounts.
- Manages and demonstrates efficient use of the promotional budget to negotiate new items listing, special price offer, primary/second locations, in-store events, others, that will deliver the annual sales objective. Follows company policies and guidelines in the promotional contract negotiations.
- Actively participates in the IBM sessions, preparing a sales forecast for the managed accounts.
- Prepares / delivers monthly sales updates on programs to the field. Gets their feedback and reports competitive activity, account changes, promotions, while performing all administrative functions within assigned accounts (ie Account customer records on promotional history/results, funds use status, etc).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Fluent in English & Spanish
Experience: 5+ years related work experience
