ROLE OVERVIEW
Responsible for supporting the execution of indirect channel plans by coordinating day-to-day activities with distributors

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Top 5 Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected     

Support the execution of indirect channel plans by working closely with distributor sales teams to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
Drive in-market execution excellence by ensuring compliance with pricing, promotions, assortment and visibility standards.
Track and report performance metrics including sales, distribution, execution KPIs and market behaviors.
Identify execution gaps and opportunities in the market and escalate recommendations to the cross-functional teams.
Build strong day-to-day relationships with distributor sales teams.

Field level responsibility within assigned routes, customers or territories.
Daily Interaction with distributor sales supervisors and representatives.
High presence in market and frequent store-level or customer visits.
Responsible to generate weekly sales orders to achieve the monthly/quarterly targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Understanding of Indirect/Traditional trade-based sales models.
Strong execution focus with attention to detail.
Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proactive, organize and results-oriented mindset

Experience & Education         

Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales execution, field sales, or commercial support roles.
Experience interacting with distributors, traditional trade. CPG/FMCG preferred.
Fluent in Spanish and English
