Hershey is hiring a Commercial Excellence Coordinator to work in São Paulo, in a hybrid format.
Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Sr. Manager, the Commercial Excellence Coordinator position will be responsible for planning, tracking and analyzing the performance of all sales KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives as well as with related areas. This role demands strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement within the commercial area, while actively promoting collaborative relationships with associated areas to drive integrated success. We are looking for a candidate who is highly resilient and capable of designing and establishing all the processes for the area from scratch.
DAILY ACTIVITIES
- Plan monthly and annual sales targets considering business objectives and being fully aligned with the demand area, as well as the sales and finance teams.
- Plan sales targets based on sellout data, ensuring alignment with demand planning and forecasting.
- Establish processes and timelines for tracking and evaluating performance metrics.
- Lead Monitor all sales KPIs, ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance metrics. Also, maintain and update tracking tools and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of sales performance and operational processes to uncover insights.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives against predefined objectives.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving sales performance and achieving greater efficiency.
- Prepare and present analysis reports to stakeholders to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any course is mandatory.
- Proven experience in commercial excellence, sales management, or related areas.
- Any experience in Latin American markets would be a plus.
- Excel and Power bi are required. Nielsen, Mtrix, Scanntech and SAP are plus.
- Advanced Spanish is mandatory. Advanced English is a plus.
- Availability to work in a Hybrid scheduled in our office in São Paulo.
