Hershey is hiring a Trade Marketing Coordinator to work in São Paulo, in a hybrid format. Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing, the Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing the Picture of Success within accounts / distributors achieving targeted allocation and product turnover to support company goals.
DAILY ACTIVITIES

Planning and execution of trade marketing activities, aligning efforts with external parties including secondary exhibition quotations from suppliers, agencies for artwork adaptations and demonstrations at POS, premiums quotations and inventory champion, store coverage preparation, samples request for Export Market for Marketing and Sales purposes.

Executing Trade Marketing activities such as reporting including learnings and recommendations for future activations.

Collaborating with peers to achieve company’s objectives, assist to internal and external meetings on demand, teamworking with distributors’ brand managers

Assisting in gathering, processing, and analyzing relevant information needed for decision making, presentations, or negotiations.

Controlling and monitoring resource allocation for material to be produced aligned with assigned budget per country.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in areas related to Marketing or Business Management is required.

Experience working with Distributors is needed.

Previous experience in the consumer goods industries is a plus.

An Intermediate Office Suite and Power bi are necessary. Nielsen is a plus.

Fluent Spanish and advanced English are mandatory.

Availability to travel abroad (around 50% of the time) is mandatory.
