Sales Representative (Pelón US)
ROLE OVERVIEW
Responsible for translating consumer and brand strategy into customer, channel and shopper activation strategies.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Top 5 Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected
- Own the shopper activation strategy by connecting consumer insights and brand priorities to customer and channel/market-specific initiatives.
- Develop and lead trade marketing plans that drive sell-out growth, increase market share and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Design and deploy in-store activation initiatives including promotions, displays, visibility, and point-of-sales materials across channels and markets.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy, customer needs and execution priorities.
- Own the promotional strategy and optimizing trade effectiveness by tracking ROI, SO performance and shopper KPIs.

- Owner of Shopper and Sell Out Strategy across markets/channels.
- Cross functional interface with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners..
- Contribution to annual commercial planning and got-to-market strategy.
- Management of trade marketing budget and activation calendar.

- Strong understanding of distributor model and wholesale channel.
- Solid commercial and execution-focused mindset.
- Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical capability to track KPIs and execution performance.
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
Experience & Education
- Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Sales of Commercial Roles
- Experience working with distributors, wholesalers or indirect channel
- Exposure to CPG/FMCG environments preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish
