Full support on HSY Strategic sales plans in the customers/distributors assigned, to achieve Sell in and Sell Out targets, to ensure long term growth, profitability and to increase in market share. Responsible for developing with the customer/distributor, joint business plans for Key Accounts to drive volume, profit and share growth of the total Hershey’s Portfolio. Also responsible for supporting the leader within the customer/distributor an annual promotional budget, to negotiate new item listings, special consumer deals, secondary locations, features and/or in-store activities.
Summary of Main Tasks
Commercial Role (40%)
Supporting JBP for Key Accounts to drive volume, profit and share growth of the total Hershey’s Portfolio, based on country strategy.
Participate in Key Accounts meetings with the Distributors’ team.
Support on by providing the material and the data for the presentation of innovation and seasonality in the customer/distributor and participate in Hershey's internal processes to ensure a flawless execution.
Budget control (30%)
Efficiently control of HSY budget, monitoring and validating the investments of each activity.
Analyze and propose promotional activities per customer and product segment to generate profitable growth in sell out and positively impact the Market Share.
Perfect Store Execution (20%)
Monthly Trade Visits with Distributor KAMs, to supervise the execution of sales programs in POS, adjusting as necessary to deliver results and provide sales updates to business partner’s field operations group
Monitor the implementation of the monthly activity plan, capturing success learnings, competitor’s activities and required adjustments to continuously improve the proposed activities for main seasons and innovation.
Supply Chain 10%
Support sales forecast process, to ensure product availability at POS
Maintain a minimum of 90% of Case Fill Rate

Educación:
Bachelor degree
English and Spanish- business speaking (advanced)
Experiencia:
